Yoga is now available to you at your work place. Dedicate one lunch hour a week to yoga and feel refreshed, rejuvenated and de-stressed. Practicing yoga will help you deal with the inherent stress in a work place and assist you in dealing with people and issues in a calmer and therefore more efficient way. It has been found that having a consistent yoga practice at work prevents absenteeism, supports people emotionally, mentally and psychologically and dramatically cuts down on use of the sick days. The feeling good physically is an added bonus: shoulders release back down, neck lets go of knots and pain, carpal tunnel symptoms subside, headaches lessen, blood circulation improves and blood pressure normalizes. People are more efficient, effective in their performance and easier to relate with.

“…The work of our department is extremely demanding. The stress of the job results in both physical and mental health issues for many of us who are service providers. Alex has a deep appreciation of our stress level and adapted her program to suit our needs… She was able to customize her program to meet not just the organizational needs of our office but the individual needs of each participant. As a result, all of us felt that we could utilize her teachings to maximize our work performance. We are better employees and people as a result of her expertise. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

I started taking your yoga classes in January of 2005 - and they have been absolutely the best addition to my life. Thank you for providing a space that works the "physical" as well as the "mental" and "emotional" spheres.
